ORDER

The learned counsel on both sides are present. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that written instructions have been received from the 3rd respondent/ Block Development Officer, Tiruchengode Panchayat Union, vide Na.Ka.No.A2/4900/2016, dated 28.02.2025. It is stated therein that a resolution was passed in the ordinary meeting of the Tiruchengode panchayat union committee, canceling the proposed construction of a public toilet on Arunthathiyar Street, Pudhu Puliyampatti panchayat. Consequently, no public toilet has been constructed to date, as the proposal for its construction has been revoked.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Page No.2 of 4

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
