This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr. No.3218 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that a final report has been filed on 27.08.2019, before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, as against A1 to A3 and the name of this petitioner has been deleted from the final report.

3. The submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
