Petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2014 and permit him to renovate the premises under his lease known as Royal Cafe.

2. Petitioner made representation on 29.10.2014 seeking permission to renovate the premises said to be under lease. The said request is still pending consideration.

3. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
