Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditions imposed on the petitioner in so far as directing the petitioner to report before the Learned Principal Session Judge, Dharmapuri (Special Court for Schedules Castes and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989) on the 1st working day of every month imposed by its order dated 03.07.2013 in M.P.NO.4 of 2012 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011. [CRL.MP.7595/2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHISH RAJAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B,MOHAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of condition imposed in M.P.No.4 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 dated 03.07.2013. 2.Heard both sides.
3. This court while granting bail to the petitioner, pending Criminal Appeal, directed the petitioner to appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri (Special Court for Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989) on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders.
4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, for CBI cases submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and has no serious objection to relax the condition.
5. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.
