Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the C.C.No.74 of 2013 from the file of Judicial Magistrate-I, Ulundurpet, to any other Judicial Magistrate.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the C.C.No.74 of 2013 from the file of Judicial Magistrate-I, Ulundurpet, to any other Judicial Magistrate, stating that he is prejudice.

2. It is seen that the presiding officer has already been transferred to some other court. Therefore, purpose would not be served, if the case is transferred to any other court as such this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer sought for by the petitioner.

3. However, considering that the case is of the year 2013, the trial court is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.74 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
