ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 17.10.2013 and to pass orders.

2.The representation dated 17.10.2013 submitted by the petitioner reveals that he was working as Panchayat Assistant and submitted a resignation letter which was accepted and he was relieved from the service. The petitioner raised certain personal allegation against the panchayat officials and the elected persons. Those allegations cannot be adjudicated in a writ proceedings. However, the fact 2/4

remains that the petitioner submitted a resignation letter which was accepted and the resolution was passed. Thereafter, the 5th respondent was appointed as Panchayat Assistant and now working for the past more than five years. That apart, a representation dated 17.10.2013, was addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Special Cell and based on such representation, High Court cannot issue a direction to the authorities to consider the same. The representation is to be treated as mercy petition as it was addressed to the Chief Minister's Special Cell. For all this reasons, the directions as such sought for cannot be granted. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
