This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30590 of 2022 dated 23.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on every first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of final report.
