2024-06-06Honourable Mrs Justice T.V.Thamilselvi4 pages

T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

2. The learned counsel for 1st respondent would submit that this Court by an order dated 06.06.2024 disposed of the above C.R.P. and subsequently, by an order dated 19.10.2024, it was modified. However, he would submit that in the order dated 19.10.2024, in para 2 of the order, instead of mentioning that the vacant possession was surrendered by the petitioner, it was mentioned that it was surrendered to the petitioner. He would also submit that in the operative portion of the order, rank of the parties are wrongly mentioned. Hence, he prayed to modify the same in the order. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

3. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the order.
