ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366 A of IPC in Crime No.333 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter viz., Famitha was missing and she has suspected that the petitioner would have kidnapped her daughter, since her daughter had love affair with the petitioner. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution He further submits that the defacto complainant has compelled her daughter to marry against her wish even after knowing the fact that the petitioner and her daughter were in love. He further submits that on 12.08.2021 the petitioner and Famitha got married before Majid-E-Ansaar, Kamaraj Nagar, Krishnagiri. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the victim girl is yet to be secured.

5. Considering the submissions on either side and the fact that the victim girl has not been secured yet, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
