This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2024 in W.P. No. 35217 of 2019 by the respondent.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order in Writ Petition, the respondent therein has filed Writ Appeal in W.A. No. 2023 of 2024 and the same was disposed of by order dated 11.07.2024 by setting aside the order of the learned Single Judge and with a direction to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six months. Learned counsel also placed a copy of the order dated 11.07.2024 in W.A. No. 2023 of 2024.
3. In view of the above, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
