ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.8 of 2014 has been completed and filed the charge sheet before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, even before this petition is filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since, the case is registered in the year 2014 and the charge sheet has also been filed, the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, is directed to take the charge sheet on file and proceed further in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
