(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the bond and sureties in Crime No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police in Crl.O.P No.5182 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5182 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 with some conditions. She would further submit that in the petition for anticipatory bail, instead of mentioning 1st petitioner's father name as Pannirselvam, S/o.Sammatham, it was inadvertently mentioned as Paneer Selvam, S/o.Sampth and hence, she prays to amend the cause title and also prays to extend the time to execute the sureties.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, amendment is ordered as prayed for

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and 2/4

execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
