Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on him i.e., the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13319 of 2020 on 31.08.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him i.e., the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13319 of 2020 on 31.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.13319 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13319 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020 is modified to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
