With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2014 within a reasonable time. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 29.09.2014 in accordance with law and on its own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that the principles of natural justice have to be followed by issuing notice to the concerned parties, before taking any action.
