ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of Olive Ayurvedic Centre" at No.17, 3rd Street, R.R.Lay Out, New Chithaaputhur, Coimbatore district - 641 044, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is running a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of Olive Ayurvedic Centre" at No.17, 3rd Street, R.R.Lay Out, New Chithaaputhur, Coimbatore district - 641 044. He would further submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 06.04.2023 to the first respondent seeking for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to run the said business and the same is not
considered by the respondents. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police has received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for consideration.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police.
5. Considering the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023 with regard to the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" and decide the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 09.06.2023
