C.M.P. No.13323 of 2022 in C.R.P. Sr. No.96624 of 2019 R.N.MANJULA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1059 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard both parties.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. This Court is also of the view that the delay could have been avoided by showing due diligence. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition subject to terms.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered subject to condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically.
