This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records relating to FIR dated 02.08.2014 in Crime No.59 of 2014 pending on the file of the 1st respondent herein and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2014 has been completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Coimbatore on 16.03.2015.

4. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
