This application has been filed to decree the suit as agreed and confirmed by the respondents in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 25.03.2015 with interest thereon at 24% per annum from 25.03.2015 till date of payment.

2. Since a stand has been taken by the defendants in their written statement that the first defendant has not signed in the above document besides disputed the interest claimed by the applicant and issues have been framed in the suit, the applicant is at liberty to establish their case in the trial.

3. With the above observation, this application is closed.
