ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner's husband detenue Ganesh, age 33 years, S/o.M.Sukumar, before this Court from the illegal custody of respondents 3 and 4 and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Ganesh is in the illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4.

3. Today, the third respondent police produced Ganesh, who, stated that he is 37 years old and is living with his parents in Door No.3, Santhi Nagar, Chidambaram.

4. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
