This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.495 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other investigation agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.495/2013 has been closed as "action dropped". A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

4. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest application, if so advised before the jurisdictional Magistrate and on such protest application being filed, the same shall be dealt with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in terms of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Vinay Tyagi vs. Irshad Ali @ Deepak and others [(2013) 5 SCC 762]. The Tahsildar, Natrampalli is directed to transfer the entire case file to the jurisdictional Magistrate.
