O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this petition to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.17 of 2013, pending on the file of the Respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2013 has been completed and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.14 of 2019, which is pending before the Principal District Judge, Perambalur. She further submitted that the case is posted on 06.11.2019 for further proceedings and summons have been taken to the witnesses.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
