ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register an FIR and to investigate according to the complaint dated 16.03.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police has received an undated complaint purported to have been sent by the petitioner by registered post. He also submits that the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry.

4. This Court on perusing the complaint found that even the date is not mentioned in the complaint and that the cell phone number from which the petitioner allegedly received threatening calls has not even mentioned, but merely a blank is shown in the complaint.

5. This Court directs the petitioner to appear before the police and co-operate with the investigation so that the police can take action in accordance with law on the complaint given by the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
