Prayer in C.S.No.29 of 2025 : The Civil Suit has been filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C., 1908 praying to pass a judgment and decree:- (A) To Dissolve the Firm M/s. Sree Lakshmi Timber Mart and to declare that the plaintiffs are entitled for 1⁄2 share over the said partnership firm's Asset.

(B) Declare that said sale dated 11.09.2023 under the document number 4109 of 2023 executed by defendants 1 to 3 in favour of 4th Defendant as null and void and set aside the same.

© Permanent injunction restraining the 4th Defendant from putting up new construction over the scheduled property here under. (D) Permanent Injunction Restraining Defendants 5 and 6 from mutating the revenue records in favour of the 4th defendants for the suit property. Prayer in O.A.No.163 of 2025: The Civil Suit has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of O.S.Rule read with Section XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of CPC to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the 4th Respondent/Defendant, his men, agent or any other person claiing right through him from putting up any construction/altercation over the applicant mentioned property, pending disposal of the suit.
