This petition is filed praying recall the non - bailable warrant issued by the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai against the petitioners /accused in S.C.No.32 of 2017.

2. The petitioners are directed to file necessary petition seeking for recall of Non Bailable Warrant and on receipt of the same, the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai shall endeavor to dispose of the same on the same day on his own merits.
