Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P No.12932 in para 6 (e) " the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12932 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020, the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12932 of 2020 on 25.08.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.12932 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
