ORDER

In a proposed suit for recovery of money in relation to the provision of storage services by the proposed plaintiff, this application has been filed for leave to sue the 1st respondent before this Court.

2. In the draft plaint, it is submitted that the applicant is operating a temperature-controlled warehouse at Chennai within the jurisdiction of this Court. It is further stated that after providing warehousing/storage service to the defendants, invoices were issued, but remained unpaid.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that a substantial part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by

granting leave to the applicant to sue the 1st respondent before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order. 28-07-2025 KJ
