ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a FIR based on the complaint dated 28.02.2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that one Shanmugam had lodged a complaint against this petitioner and during the course of enquiry, both of them had agreed to pursue the remedies before the Civil Court. Thereafter, this petitioner has filed another complaint against the Shanmugam with the same set of facts.
