This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 06.02.2015, in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.P.Kalimuthu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition enquiry is pending. On the other hand, a copy of the closure report is furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
