Seeking issuance of patta, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent No.1 on 05.06.2013. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation in which the petitioner has sought for patta for Plot No.18 in Survey No.993/3, 993/E situated at Madhavaram Village, Thiruvalluvar District, a direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. directed to send a copy of the representation to the respondent No.1 along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
