The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is stated that the petitioner was working as a Manager in Sriram Chit Funds at Hosur between 2018 and 2021 then he was transferred to Tiruppur Branch. The defacto complainant is the Chief Manager, who had alleged that the petitioner had misappropriated a sum of Rs.41,10,000/-. It is also stated that the investigation will have to be done in all these aspects. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
