ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission state itself.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that even after the direction of the Sub Collector, directing the Tahsildar to pass orders on the application for grant of patta, as early as on 05.10.2016, till date, no orders have been passed and the application of the petitioner is kept pending from the year 2015.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation before the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
