ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditional order dated 30.12.2025, imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.OP.No.36168 of 2025, to appear before the respondent as and when required instead of appearing before the respondent daily at 10.30a.m.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 6(b) of the order dated 30.12.2025 in Crl.OP.No.36168 of 2025. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
