Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted that the parties have settled the matter and entered into a compromise. A joint memo of compromise also filed before this Court. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
