3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 452 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is accordingly, allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter on 22.02.2024.
