This application has been filed to amend the name of the accused in the petition and in the order copy as, B.Praveen Kumar instead of B.Praveen in Crl.O.P.No.15071 of 2022 order dated 30.06.2022.

2. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.15071 of 2022, dated 30.06.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
