This petition has been filed for extension of time to surrender and execute sureties imposed by this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.20046 of 2023 dated 18.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the copy of the order was misplaced by the petitioner so that he was unable to execute sureties in time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
