ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Para No.3 that the petitioner shall produce the property documents worth Rs.1,00,000/-, instead of to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2026, within a period of two weeks from the date of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court in Crl.M.P.No.5307 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.4104 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026.

2. Earlier this Court, vide order dated 19.02.2026, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs. However, vide order dated 24.03.2026, the same is modified to Rs.1 lakh. Now, the petitioner again come up with a modification application. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in this application.
