By consent, both the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal.

2. According to the petitioners, they joined the services as Secondary Grade Assistant with B.T. qualifications on 20.09.1999 and 21.09.1999 respectively at Panchayat Union Middle School, Sungarahalli, Morapur Union. Subsequently, the petitioners acquired additional qualifications and as per the Government orders, they are entitled for incentive increment. Hence, the petitioners made representations to the respondents on 09.09.2015 requesting for incentive increments which has not been considered yet. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.C.Vediappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Though the petitioners have prayed for a larger relief, this court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 09.09.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners.

5. The Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
