C.M.P.No.12981 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.33905 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 127 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.19,080/- in C.M.A.SR.No.33905 of 2022 against M.C.O.P.No.1092 of 2016 on the file of MACT-MVACT/Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay of 127 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.19,080/- is condoned.
