The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant approval for the land comprised in Survey No.53/2B, Plot Nos.1 and 2, Anna Street, Cowl Bazaar Village, St. Thomas Panchayat Union, Pallavaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District. If the request made by the petitioner is still pending, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered.
