The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to process the application for grant approval along with scrutiny fee paid on 02.05.2019 for the plot Nos.10 and 11 in Survey No.53/2B, Anna Street, Cowl Bazaar Village, St.Thomas Panchayat Union, Pallavaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, as per the provisions of Tamil Nadu Regularization of Unapproved Layouts and Plots Rules, 2017 as amended, from time to time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent states that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2019 is under process. The last date for making https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application for regularization is extended up to 31.12.2019. In view of the extension, the petitioner's representation will be considered and an order will be passed in due course.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
