By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. According to the petitioner, he was appointed as Sales man at Shop No.4307 at KR.Kuppam Village. While he was working at Shop No.4478, he was placed under suspension by order dated 14.11.2013.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has neither revoked the suspension order nor paid the subsistence allowance. Hence, he made a representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.08.2015 to the respondent, but so far, the respondent has not considered the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Heard the submission of Mr.V.Rajinikanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Nedunchezian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

5. Though the petitioner, prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken by him to the petitioner.

6. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
