.. Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents to consider and to take necessary action on the respective representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2013.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.3.2013 and take necessary action in a time frame.

2.Heard both sides and perused the material documents available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he has been in occupation of the land to an extent of 141.60 sq.ft in S.No.42/2B, which belongs to the Government for more than https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

forty years. The official respondents have not taken any action, but, an attempt was made by the Church Administration to form a road in the land, which is under occupation of the petitioner. Hence, he has submitted a representation to the respondents on 23.3.2013. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In the light of the above submissions and the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.3.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties.
