ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7414 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026, namely that each petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, at the time of filing the surety memo, the concerned Court did not accept the same as the petitioners had not produced title deeds for property worth Rs.20,000/-. However, the petitioners have not placed any material before this Court to substantiate their contention.

3. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 01-06-2026 GBI To
