The petitioner herein suspected for involving in cripto currency cheating, been called by the police for enquiry. Alleging that the police are harassing, the petitioner has given a representation dated 07.11.2023 to the Home Secretary, Commissioner of Police and Inspector of Police, 1/4

Poonamallee. Now before this court alleging harassment and inaction by the senior police officials.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this petitioner has acted as a conduit and induced investors in cripto currency transactions. Since several complaints been received, he was called for clarifying the complaint. It is stated that to avoid investigation, the petitioner has given representation to the higher officials and is now before this court.

3. This court on perusing the records, is prima facie satisfied that the petitioner is bound to subject himself for enquiry in the matter pending. The said enquiry, however, should be conducted in accordance to law. The petitioner should never be harassed in violation of law.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
