(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Seeking extension of leave already granted by this Court, the present petition has been filed.
2. On the earlier occasion, this Court was pleased to grant ten days leave by taking note of the fact that the petitioner is suffering from renal failure and for effective treatment, the presence of the convict is required. 3.Now, the petitioner submitted that the treatment is yet to be over and, therefore, the time earlier granted will have to be extended.
4. Inasmuch as the foundational facts are not in dispute coupled with the fact that the further treatment is yet to be completed, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted by another ten days i.e., till 31.10.2020. The convict shall return to the prison on 31.10.2020 at 5.00 p.m. During the leave period, the convict shall report before the Inspector of Police, 1/1 http://www.judis.nic.in
