A.No.2731 to 2733 of 2022 in CS No.202 of 2020 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These applications have been filed (i) to grant leave to file the additional documents of the first defendant in C.S.No.202 of 2020, (ii) to recall the witness DW1 in C.S.No.202 of 2020 for the purpose of marking additional documents and (iii) to reopen the evidence of the first defendant in C.S.No.202 of 2020 for the purpose of marking additional documents.
2.The learned counsel for the first respondent fairly submitted that these applications have been filed to drag on the proceedings and therefore, the same may be ordered subject to the proof and relevancy of the documents and also on payment of costs.
3.Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent, this Court is inclined to allow these applications subject to the payment of costs of Rs.3000/- to the learned counsel for the respondents on or before 18.07.2022 and also subject to the proof and relevancy of the documents.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., dn 4.These applications are ordered accordingly. Registry is directed to list the matter on 19.07.2022, before the learned Master for recording evidence. It is made clear that the evidence of DW1 shall be completed within a period of two weeks and list the matter before this Court on 05.08.2022.
