The prayer sought for in the present petition is to quash the charge sheet and all proceedings in C.C.No.2376 of 2015 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.
3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
identify the petitioners, they have submitted the photo copies of Aadhar Card, Driving Licence and Voters Identity Cards viz.,11. Madhan Kumar Arumugam - 4252 0565 2839, 2.S.Gopi -TN03 20150003645 and Vinoth - KRC8217796 Ayyappan - TAU3679941 respectively and the defacto complainant has submitted the photocopy of his Aadhar Card viz. E.Dhamodharan - 5927 5920 3554, after verification of the original, the same are recorded.
4. An affidavit dated 18.12.2017 was filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2376 of 2015 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in in C.C.No.2376 of 2015 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
