Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to declare all the action / proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to the registration of FIR No.82 of 2021 dated 15.5.2021 by the 5th respondent as illegal and to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's Beauty salon and spa centre namely M/s.Patanjali Nature's Family Beauty Saloon and Spa situated at Door No.354, I Floor, Cuddalore Main Road, Nainarmandapam, Puducherry -605 004 and consequently to direct the respondents to adequately compensate the petitioner towards the illegal denial of personal liberty, loss of personal reputation, mental agony and causing the death of petitioner's late husband Karunakaran on 23.7.2021 and accompanying monetary losses to the extent of about Rs.10 lakhs.

This writ petition has been filed to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's Beauty Salon and Spa centre namely M/s.Patanjali Nature's Beauty Saloon & Spa. Now, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the shop has been opened and hence, nothing survives in the petition.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
