ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service as Junior Assistant in second respondent corporation from the date of appointment by virtue of the Judgment dated 26.03.2013 in I.D.No.33/2007 on the file of Labour Court, Salem and also by virtue of bilateral settlement under Section 12[3] of Industrial Disputes Act dated 22.01.2011 entered between second respondent management and all Trade Unions.
2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
